Standstill in Dubrovnik, building in Ivanica

Young couples having problems with high prices are moving to this location expressing their pleasure with the support of local administration.
 “No bureaucracy problems, all the paper work is done in a few days, unlike in Dubrovnik,” says one local citizen moving to Ivanica in a few weeks.

Our photos confirm that there is a new town rising near Dubrovnik and that private investors have already recognized this location. There are also plans to build an airport in this area as a part of the project called “Dubrovnik Heigts”.

Standstill in Dubrovnik does not mean there is no building in Ivanica.
